How we make them
Our progressive dies punch, stack and, where needed, skew BLDC laminations in one pass on a 220-ton high-speed press line, at 120–400 strokes per minute on 0.2–1.0 mm strip up to 400 mm wide. We use CRNO electrical (silicon) steel from 50C1300 to 50C330 or equivalent, picked to match your motor’s efficiency and cost target.
