PTW fans: pedestal, table and wall
PTW fans mostly use single-phase induction motors with a slotted stator lamination and a squirrel-cage rotor lamination. We run dedicated progressive tooling for pedestal and table fan laminations, built for high-volume programs.
Ceiling fans
Ceiling fans use an outer-rotor design: the stator lamination sits fixed in the middle and the rotor turns around it. We stamp ceiling fan stator and rotor laminations to the customer drawing.

Material and press line
We stamp CRNO electrical (silicon) steel from 50C1300 to 50C330 or equivalent, and CRCA where the design allows, from 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm thick and up to 400 mm strip width, on a 220-ton high-speed press with in-die stacking and skewing.
