SNV Stamping Solutions Pvt Ltd makes stator and rotor laminations, also called motor stampings or electrical stampings, at our ISO 9001:2015 certified plant at Machohalli, Bengaluru. We stamp to your drawing, stack and skew the laminations inside the die, and deliver finished stator and rotor cores ready for winding.

Press line and tooling
Our 220-ton Yadon high-speed press runs with a decoiler, straightener and Yaskawa servo feeder, at 120–400 strokes per minute on 0.2–1.0 mm strip up to 400 mm wide. Our progressive tools stack the laminations in the die, skew the rotor automatically, and use separate cams for rotor and stator so different stack heights are easy to set. Dedicated high-volume progressive tooling serves fan and mixer-grinder motor programs. A 40-ton hydraulic press handles secondary operations, and we maintain our dies in-house. Materials
CRNO electrical (silicon) steel from grade 50C1300 to 50C330 or equivalent, chosen to suit your motor’s losses and cost target, and CRCA (CR2 to IS 513) for appliance motors where silicon steel isn’t needed.

Yes. Send us your drawing (PDF, DWG or STEP), annual quantity, material grade and stack height, and we will quote.
What sheet thickness can you stamp?
0.2 mm to 1.0 mm, with strip widths up to 400 mm.
Can you supply stacked cores instead of loose laminations?
Yes. Our tools auto-stack in the die, and we also supply welded stator and rotor cores.
